When Sylvie drops a book, it will be one of the greatest treasures for combat sports

That little awareness of that timing is so important, that disruption can really make an opponent feel like he is failing in his/her attempts to strike. As always great stuff!!.)

Really loving your teaching / explanation methods. I've picked up Muay during this Covid period since home office gives me a lot more time and freedom, but never really practiced any full contact arts before, only did Kendo for a few years, but really loving Muay so far, and as a total beginner your vids. and tips help a lot. Already got myself a heavy bag for home practice. Struggling a bit with my left kicks since I'm right handed and foot, but I'm guessing with practice it will improve. My punching and kicking power already increased significantly, but ofc as a starter I wanna get the technique down first. Keep up the good work, and cheers from Hungary :)

    Hi silvie
I’ve been looking to get out to Thailand this 2021 to learn muai Thai from the source, what gyms would you recommend? And places to stay while there. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you

This is my recommended gym list and thread, on my forum, maybe that will help: 8limbs.us/muay-thai-forum/topic/793-my-list-of-muay-thai-gyms-i-recommend-in-thailand/

Sylvie is Petchrungruang a technique/instruction type of gym?

More so now than it was when I came, but it's a traditional family gym. Slow-cook, gradual improvement, learning through doing, not stopping to correct a lot.
