I was lucky to see Matthew "live" o tour with Charlie Musselwhite at Pordenone Blues Festival in Italy a few years ago. Amazing evening!!! I was impressed by Mr Stubbs and I bought his CD Medford & Main on the spot (highly recommended).
All his projects have in common the "Chill Factor" (quoting Peter Wolf, here). The"vintage" sound of this band is amazing!

Outstanding gentleman! I hope what’s his name (that wrote/directed “Pulp Fiction”) hears you guys. I bet he puts one of your songs in a movie-for real-or at least becomes a huge fan! It’s just to cool, original/unique, and does what a great song needs to do.......makes you feel something, listen, and want to hear again. Your sound brings the 60’s back, and I don’t mean hippie stuff- before all that. Hope you guys dig what I’m saying (ha ha).
