Yes the combat is that style, but it's more than that in what makes a game a "Souls-like"
the leveling, the items, and other general mechnics of souls games
Sekiro is dubbed a souls-like by many people, but it's instead a Tenchu game. All the fundamentals are there especially with the skill/abilities.
Just because a game is hard, doesn't give it that title.
