I have the following datasets, concentration 1 to concentration 3 plus the control (zero concentration), measured STC responses at the given concentrations in three different test chambers including, 96well plate, 24well plate and Petri dishes. I am interested in knowing whether there is a statistical difference between the different concentrations at each given concentration. Given the above information, how would you arrange the data for one-way ANOVA analysis and which datasets would you select for the analysis? Thank you.
How to label significant letters (a,b,c etc...) in a bar graph based on comparing large groups (12 groups in a graph) by one-way ANOVA. Please help me. When making a large group it is confusing to mark the letters. Please tell me any simple tips about this. I am using sigmaplot V14.
Two assumptions are plainly tested: equal variance and normality. What about homoscedascity of residuals, how do we test them? I can't find Breush-Pagan anywhere in Sigmaplot and am unsure how to graph the residuals in order to do a visual assessment.
