- This Time on Tristan Rail Productions we Take you to New Jersey. for another time at the Black River & Western Railroad to See their 2-8-0 Steam Locomotive Former (Great Western) No.60. Here we See No.60 pulling a Freight Train From Flemington to Ringoes NJ. This Is a Photo Charter that the Railroad Hosted and Made For 60s Final Farwell for a While before her 1,472 Mandated Inspection. No.60 pulled a 6 Car Freight Train, putting on a Good Show thru the Fields, And Countryside of The Garden State. We Then Stayed for the Night Photo Session, and Get Evening Shots going Over the Copper Hill Trestle. No.60 was Wearing a Grand Trunk 6 Chime which Echoed Thru the Area. After that, The Following Day, the 16th, we Capture No.60 Pulling Two Excursions for her Final Trips for a While. we Enjoyed No.60 Since 2019, and Over that Time She was Joy to Film and See! Can't Wait to See her Again Sometime.
Black River 60- A 2-8-0 Consolidation Built by the American Locomotive Company in 1937, To Operate on the Great Western Railroad of Colorado, hauling Sugar Beet Trains. 60 Arrived in New Jersey for Black River in 1965. Today 60 Has Captured the Hearts of Many.
