Coding guidelines for prescription drug management -Take 2 and call it a level 4?
2021 DG did not clarify Rx management, and oh how we all wish it did! Is an Rx medication injected in the office by ancillary staff counted as Rx Management for moderate risk in the MDM? What about RX medication injected by the provider in a procedure?
