As a matter of fact, Most petrol or gas stations in US are owned by Indian or Pakistani, Nigerian dominate Medical field and doing excellent job in tech industry. It is Absurd to say all these nonsense about Nigeria. Nigeria has done a lot for African continent especially West Africa, Nigeria sacrificed the blood of his soldiers during ECOMOG era we Librated Liberia and Sierra Leone. Guess what, Nigeria was in charge of ECOMOG during this time. Also Nigeria contributed money to South Africa liberation and all what Nigerian get for all these is dehumanization from fellow Black African very SAD. Liberian Civil War The ECOWAS Monitoring Group (ECOMOG) was sent to Liberia in 1990 to intervene in the civil war between the government and rebel factions. The war began in 1989 and claimed the lives of almost 150,000 civilians. ECOMOG troops were present in Liberia until 1996, when the war ended. The ECOMOG intervention was controversial due to human rights abuses, but it temporarily stopped the bloodshed. Sierra Leone Civil War ECOMOG was involved in the Sierra Leone Civil War, which lasted from 1991-2002. During the war, rebels used civilian human shields, which frustrated ECOMOG soldiers and was deadly for civilians. May be if we learn history we know better.
