Hi, you make a incorrect calibration! Because for S11 the calibration was made at the end of the cable, not at the intrument port! Bye
And the 2nd coax added and not calibrated out easily has close to the 2dB of insertion loss seen in the passband at 6GHz. So the filter really only has probably 0.1-0.3dB of insertion loss, not 2dB.
