My goodness man why are you doing this to me. Memories memories memories. Were you in nene kitchen in Port Morant. Those were the good old days and guess what the coconut dont tase the same anymore.
Sundays were one of the best day for me yes but not simply the best what about when you sell the hog to the butcher and your parent got the head trotter and tripe my mom usually cleaned it up got the coarse salt and corned it the make the krenkren over the fire and got it dried then she would cooked it with Acker then fried it up with onion tomatoes and black pepper flower were sweet then and a nice piece of yellow yam or silvincen yam boy you gone to bed the pot water always sweet you see the dog could hardly got a drop I did have a cousin he's long gone he would left his house every night to ate and it would be foot race and funeral to drink the pot water when the man finished him sweat man but the good thing he never forget my mom until his passing
