    Just completed 30 days of hypernourish! Still going, I haven’t woke up from hip pain in 3 weeks, my energy is higher. My skin is glowy and my friend is starting it 2moro after seeing the difference in my skin 👊🏻👊🏻 I’ve been plant-based for 7 years and had quit having a green smoothie about 4 years ago. I never added flax seed and I’m hooked now. I’ve also had guacamole most days with broccoli and cauliflower for snacks and the kale salad with red onion along with your Caesar dressing. Don’t give up at 2 weeks y’all! Stick it out until you see and feel it!

    Great topic and just what I needed. I lost a lot of weight on a WFPB way of eating and felt great for a few years. Then this last year I felt weak and lost my high energy I had at first. I wasnt sure if this was the right protocol as i dont have any diseases that i know of. Been doing this for only 4 days and am feeling better already. Thanks Dr Goldener and Thanks AJ for bringing the Dr Goldner. For me, I was having , thinking back, too many starches but not enough fruit and veggies. I also excluded healthy fats. So this is a God send for me

      Me too. I found Dr. Goldner about a month ago. I started incorporating 1/2 of the green smoothie and doing a better job eliminating oil (only needed when eating out, don't use oil at home), and I am happier and have more energy. I can't wait to see if my cbc numbers are even better next time. My white blood cell count is in normal, but it's below functional range (aka optimal range), so I was worried it could be an early indicator of autoimmune. My doc of course thinks all is OK as long as I'm not deathly I'll. So, I found Dr. Goldner 😊

    Can totally relate to being criticized for being healthy! But in my case it wasn't friends, it was TWO of my doctors who said I needed to eat a cheeseburger. Mind you, they watched me deteriorate and almost die 40 pounds heavier expecting to be put on the kidney transplant list, in a wheelchair from MS, had 2 giant tumors, a blot clot, hypothyroid, rheumatoid arthritis....REVERSED it all with a WFPB diet (without help from any of them; they were the ones killing me slowly) and then they told me I was too skinny 🤯🤯🤯🤯

    Chewing dark green leafy vegetables allows your oral and gut bacteria to produce nitric oxide, which is a vadodilator, and is beneficial for the arteries. Drinking green leafy vegetable smoothies (75% vegetables; 25% low- fructose fruit as sweetener) helps to get more nutrients (vitamins, polyphenols, etc) into the body. One can do both. It is not either one or the other. I don't see the conflict or contradiction at all.

    Smoothie vs chewing... One reason some people say no smoothies may be because the eater's overall deit is crap. If your smoothie is mostly fruit and/or grains or has sweatners, or if your chew food contains oil, processed food, or animal products, that's way different than the smoothies and diet combo that Dr. G teaches.
    Or, the eater is using smoothies in a calorie restricted diet, so they need to chew to feel like they got to eat even though their body is starving for calories. Also, not what Dr. G teaches.

    • @Amelia-qm6bk
      @Amelia-qm6bk ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes and smoothies heavy on fruit wont get the results. It’s all about those greens hence hyper nourishment. I was one who had this misunderstanding, that you must chew also as the myth is ‘dont drink your calories’ well if again it’s heavy on greens, there arent that many calories and you would struggle to chew the necessary amount of greens as you would be chewing all day ….

    • @kathysharp7551
      @kathysharp7551 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I just searched Ann Wigmore, looks like her soup is very different from Dr. G's green smoothie. Dr. G's is 75% cruciferous greens and/or spinach packed in really tight and 25% fruit (just to help it taste better, the important part is the greens) plus ground flaxseed and water. Other veggies and avocado are saved for meals separate from the smoothie. Her full protocol is way more than just the smoothie. (FYI, for the fruit, I find frozen pineapple and banana does the best job of Masking the taste of any greens, but other people like different combos)

    • @kathysharp7551
      @kathysharp7551 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh, and the reason is because the dark leafy greens are very nutrient dense (more so than other veggies). The goal is to hyper nourish by adding lots more dark leafy greens. But, yes other veggies are important also.

      She grinds them right before use. If you buy pre ground chia or flax seeds they will oxidize and lose the omega 3 fatty acid. She says if you eat them whole you will also pass them whole and not get the omega 3.

      You are dry roast them in a pan for around 5 mins then grind them.
      The dry roasting helps to release the natural oils in the flax

    • @kaseycasl8250
      @kaseycasl8250 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      She recommends whole flax seeds and using a good blender or grinding them before you use them. Flax seeds are not very stable if they are pre-ground.

    • @sarahd1706
      @sarahd1706 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Just throw the seeds in with your greens & they’ll blend up.
      The more you eat the greens & seeds the better for hyper nourishing, so eating a lot is good. You can have as much avocado as you want, that can satisfy.

    • @Ksusha7775
      @Ksusha7775 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      No way, don’t listen the person who says about dry roasting the flax, please! If you will watch many videos with Dr.Goldberg, every time she mentions that high temperature is killing the omega 3, Omega 3 is heat sensitive! In short- put them right in the blender! Or pre grind them carefully with pulse moves in coffee grinder right before using them.

  • @conisalgado1294

    Her protocol is a cuecifeoja breakfast smoothie imagine cauliflower to the brim and a frozen banana smoothie. 200 calories max 300 if you add the omegas. 400 if you add the second bananaThis is split into two meals for breakfast and lunch. 400 Calories by lunch! Then dinner salad maybe 200-400 calories depending on flax she recommends. 800 calorie plan! Of course you’re gonna lose fat quick. People don’t fall for these rapid fat loss programs. People like this will always tell you to not count calories because their diet plan is actually deficient. Always count especially in the beginning when transitioning from sad diet to raw or low fat vegan as it’s very easy to undereat calories. Yes you may be getting some foods high in nutrients but calories matter too. I suggest Lisa’s raw romance as she understands the objective caloeie needs for sustained fat loss

    • @malenejensen2995

    • @rezzieggg
      @rezzieggg ปีที่แล้ว

      The proof is in the results. Dr G and her husband get results. And no, it’s not a calorie restriction diet. I’m doing her hypernourishment protocol and I’m adding the smoothie on top of my WFPB meals that’s already over 1800 calories, so I’m definitely not in an extreme calorie deficit.

    • @rezzieggg
      @rezzieggg ปีที่แล้ว

      I get it though. It’s hard to not be skeptical cuz there’s so many snake oil salespeople online or in person. My personal feeling is she and her husband aren’t like that and really care about helping people, but you’re free to form your own opinion of course.
