Bought this for my son for Christmas...went for the Disney store exclusive one here in the U.K. I was really impressed with the doll apart from the voice, exactly as stated here. None of the Toy Story 4 lines are memorable at all...had I known about it, I’d have bought the cheaper one!
For me since I am more of a collector and don’t really play with my toys, the value was in the look of the doll, in this very good quality and appearance. I’m not exactly pulling the string when he’s on the shelf.
I have a woody doll that came from hasbro 2001 my woody doll is in fact my childhood one but I also do know there are different variations of woody each year and in general I just happen to feel like the newer toy story 4 I didn't like as much I'm a sucker for nostalgic things so I have my own biases but I do see how others would enjoy different types of woody

I got this doll 2019 for my b day and im still happy with it the pull string became a bit laggy and is not saying all voice lines and some only too the half but for this price is it the best woody doll out there

If the voice starts to be laggy sometimes it sometimes means the batterys are low
