Rug, if you want to gain some nice weight just eat proper macros with each meal and start with light weights until you get stronger to lift heavier. You will gradually lift heavier and heavier as you gain healthy muscle weight, and don’t be afraid to have a couple cheat days a week as you can afford to, as long as a majority if your diet is healthy based and you’re working out :)
