I applied this tempered glass with Spigen Tough Armour case, and there's gap between the glass sides and the case, so a lot of dust is getting stuck there.

Look in display fingerprint requires you to press a little harder to register your fingerprint. You can also see the same suggestion while registering fingerprint on the Samsung s21 phone itself. If you are just touching the sensor with a light touch then it will not register. As per my experience in my phone with this tempered glass fingerprint scanner works perfectly fine since the day I have recorded this video.

I have installed nearly 8 to 10 numbers of phone in my friend circle and family on phones like S21, S21 Plus, A50S, A52, A72, S20FE and lots more I haven't seen this issue. All the above phones doesn't have same fingerprint sensor too but still they work perfectly. But in my experience I would suggest you to buy the one that I am using because Spigen tempered glass are very clear and you will not find any difference in photo quality with or without the Tempered glass. I have been using Spigen tempered glass since Galaxy S10 I haven't face any fingerprint scanner issue. And you don't need to increase the touch sensitivity after installing a tempered glass, that is used only when you are using the phone with a gloves on your hand.
If you're going to do a screen protector demonstration at least learn to read the instructions first. The sticker clearly states to "remove from here" at number 3. That's the reason why you ended up with so many air bubbles.
