I really enjoy your channels. They remind me of the farm my dad bought in upstate Pennsylvania. There were 3 different kinds of woodlands. That was over sixty years ago. we didn't build fires, but there were plenty of lean-tos and small cabins throughout our property. We had a lookout to see over three states. It was a wonderful place to be.
Thanks Andy for another great review. I just love the power bank and how I could use it to escape in my vintage trailer tent into the forest and run a fridge, electric blanket and cook a roast dinner! My wife would kill me if I bought it but I can dream. 😁
a splendid test that truly demonstrates the capabilities of the unit using real appliances in a realistic fashion .. am impressed with the power station ...
Only just found you. Have been looking at videos of the Max. What a great deminstartion of a power bank. It actully being used. All that cooking (power) and still 30% left. Very impressed.
Amazing video, clear audio, crystal video clarity & beautiful demonstration, compared to all the normal dull boring other film footage of other videos by where people are trying to be scientists talking fluff etc, I’m a new subscriber after watching your video, just one point to mention though it’d be worth after part boiling potatoes & carrots to actually save the hot water to boil & heat up peas, once peas cooked & simmered on hob, you could of simply heated water up for 10 seconds & use it for gravy, job done & increased saving battery level on eco flow, just a thought, but your video gets full stars from me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks for sharing! Great video and demonstration of the power max. Unfortunately abit expensive at the moment. I guess for this kind of money you can eat out for a while.
Always enjoy ALL of your videos. It’s like an escape from all the garbage that is going on around the world and here in the 🇺🇸! Keep doing what you do…🎼🎵🎶🎶🎵🎶🎵🎵
Hi Andy. Super impressive and something I will research more. We live in earthquake country and we are prepared for the big one as they say. But the cooking has always been the head scratcher along with the power up. We have Jackery’s, but I’d like something more powerful. Thanks for the review.
Great video, but you must of turned up in a lorry and parked it next to the tent, to bring all that heavy kit with you. The power bank looks solid, and its the best test I've seen, and it holds up well under demanding appliances.
Cool video, looks like a good battery for all those applications you pointed out. It will be interesting to see you use that huge solar panel; looking forward to that video.
Andy, as with all your videos on both channels, spot on. The food always looks so good. I have my children watching your channels they love to cook and replicate the foods you do its awesome ans it also builds there confidance. As a survival instructor and someone who spends a considerable amount a time in the mountains and desert you are a true master of what you do. And its greatly appreicated. I did get a laugh when i saw the thumb nail at first i thought you brought a microwave to the woods. Great video Andy. Have a epic day. Cheers
Wow Andy what an awesome piece of kit really there are no limits to the outdoors these days equipment just keeps on improving time and time again. All the best pal 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🏴🏴🏴
You really are doing us proud with videos this year more than ever. 😃Thank you for that.😀 Be well Andy.😊One of the most fun things I ever saw, even better than the Watching TV in the woods you did before. 🙃
YES! Andy I like to see up coming camping with the solar power panels. Hey, can I give you a suggest? Start off with the power battery low and I like to see fast it charges battery up.THANKS!
Hi Andy. WOW! Quite the unit. One thing I would love to see with this or a comparison with another unit is a "TH-camrs needs" video. Having one of these units on a multi-day basecamp situation and charging camera batteries, drones a laptop and back up hard drives, portable filming lights batteries (such as those by Neewer), etc all the while running camp lights (led strings etc) and other items used in those type of situations. I realize its not going to something that photographers and videographers would be hiking about with but you know how the batteries in these types of items are especially in cold weather - even in summer (in the mountains foe example) when temps can drop dramatically compared to daytime temps. Anyway quite the video and maybe this in your truck tent set up/overlanding. is in the plans as well??!? Be well and thanks for all your efforts!
ahh andy that takes the goodness out of all the prep work on collecting and prosessing fire wood and all that good lighting fires the old way lol but its still a good bank for diffrent purposses
Great review Video Andy 👍. I'm going to stay with, the study fire box 👍. Thow I did get a jaker box system, for my 5th wheel ( Home ) if & when power goes out, plus a 50wt gas generator. As last year, no hydro ( electricity) for 3 day 😢. Took two more days, for my water lines to defrost 🥶..
The review aside, this would make me hungry if not for the fact that it seems incredibly bland. Love the channel and the content, thanks for all of your hard work, Andy!
Hey Andy. Great test! It really is impressive! Just a quick one.. what’s the folding table you use? As this would be a great addition to my Land Rover setup 👍
Great review Andy ,Been looking at these for a fair few months as an alternative to a 12v set up with additional batteries and inverter in the Jeep. Would push the button now but I believe they’re releasing a 3000wh version soon in a single unit . This will work perfectly for me and run electric under blanket in the roof tent and so much more on a single charge without worrying about the Jeep batteries and solar etc for a weekender .
Can’t say we find it immense, they were a nightmare to deal with recently which pretty much soured spending a months wages on the battery. When it finally arrived it’s quite quick to drain, probably better in summer with solar trickling in, but we had three River Max in 6 months due to faults, so we’ll see how this new Delta performs. We live off grid so use this for charging laptop and phones and running the router. We couldn’t justify running a cooker or heater that’s for sure. No doubt that those living with electricity will have different opinions to people actually living off grid and relying on it for survival situations .
Interesting experiment and tasty looking dinner. Seen a few of these power bank reviews lately . I wonder if they're a viable option for alternative power especially with gas and electricity prices apparently going through the roof in a few months 🤔
TWO THOUSAND POUNDS for starters. THAT buys a lot of electricity from the mains. Plus, most of the charging and recharging will be done by purchasing mains power in addition. In this difficult test, you cooked ONE meal and got down to 15 minutes and 33 percent of charge. For me, power packs work to the extent they can be solar-charged and recharged in a reasonable time. Using the system off-grid to power tools would be fine. TH-cam creators who work off-grid NEED something like this, as long as it can be transported to sites as required. I LOOK FORWARD to whatever else you have in mind for this power pack!🙂
Absolutely sensational 😂😂 I know it was a bit of fun but it does go to show how far battery technology has come along. Now we just need to wait for the cost to come down lol
Good torture test 👍 Please share how much % charge is put back in with the solar panel in cloudy and sunny conditions in what sort of time ( maybe 1 hour - to see how many kWh are charged in 1 hour) ?
Great review Andy. I've tested and reviewed Three Jackery's, a Allpowers and the Ecoflow delta mini. The Ecoflow is my preferred unit. The fast charge is a great feature. We 'only' got the standard (120w I think it is) solar panel with the Ecoflow unit, that 400w panel looks a good upgrade!
Fun to see that solar generator / power bank, i have the same and i have one 2kw extra battery also that is a Rolls Royce powerbank :) but so good i can charge my electric car with it also so it´s lika a fuel can to my electric car, very usefull little thing, fun to see all usefull things people connect to it :) Hope to see you use the solar panel soon and see that it charge with. I don´t have buy it yet.
I have read the spec. It carries 2KWh - That is 1 hour of a 2 bar electric fire, or his oven and hob for 1h20minutes constant running. All for just £1000 and weighing 20kg. Also do not kid yourself a solar panel the size of that table would charge it up in about 40 hours of full noonday sun. A thousand pounds to carry 35p worth of electricity.
For how big it is and price and features. Should be able to get a small venue for a couple rigs to to play live music out there for a short night. Seems like it struggled for your dinner and no brew dog in the mini fridge lol
Hay Andy noting to do with the delta but what it the table you are using. Seen it in a few of your videos and what's your opinion on it and where are they available. Cheers ☘
Did you buy a brand new Daewoo oven & hob too? That looks unused. I take it you aren't backpacking that lot. I would've saved some of the potato for the gravy and cook the peas in too. New challenge for the power unit? How about a weekend of camping, using it for all your needs including editing and posting the video (wi-fi allowing) on laptop/tablet - whichever you use. (Pizza?)
I'm suitably impressed, the price was around what I'd expected. The solar panels (which I'd need) maybe a little too large, what are the dimensions please? Also...that 'chicken'...I suspect there is a garden missing a robin...
You could have used the “X-Boost” feature available on the Max. It boosts power to 3,400 continuous watts! However, it’s not recommended that you use sensitive electronics in this mode.
That thing is massive if someone were to pop by when you were doing this not knowing it was for a review they would think you are out of your mind bringing all that on a camp lol. I would like to get myself maybe a 500 watt but really can't afford to a expensive luxury like that.
I really enjoy your channels. They remind me of the farm my dad bought in upstate Pennsylvania. There were 3 different kinds of woodlands. The Delta Max was actually one of the solar generator on my list, but after watching the video, it is now the only one on my list. Thank you.
Thanks Andy for another great review. I just love the power bank and how I could use it to escape in my vintage trailer tent into the forest and run a fridge, electric blanket and cook a roast dinner! My wife would kill me if I bought it but I can dream. 😁

Thanks Andy. Looking forward to seeing more videos on power banks and solar panels

Awsome love your style, need to go but the stuff for a roast now as it's Sunday. How about a Marshall stack! Full out door gig. Lol.
😂 Love it
Best test on youtube. This actually gives usefull nolastage
Thanks Andy for a great review video on the Detalmax you cook a good Sunday roast dinner Thanks Andy for a great video see you on the next video 👍
Great video, but you must of turned up in a lorry and parked it next to the tent, to bring all that heavy kit with you. The power bank looks solid, and its the best test I've seen, and it holds up well under demanding appliances.
I Love That Solar Powered Station.
You'll get further with a electric pressure cooker and a small airfyer. They are a lot more efficient than a oven like that.
Yes seems to be a very good machine very handy to have house workshop camping etc very good video you made me feel hungry All the best Cheers BK
Cool video, looks like a good battery for all those applications you pointed out. It will be interesting to see you use that huge solar panel; looking forward to that video.
Looks delish - I looked up this oven, and it lists that the oven and burners can’t operate st the same time. But it did fine in this video
Seems like a good bit of kit and I know this was just a test of the powerbank but I prefer was you cook over an open fire.
Thanks, Andy. 🙂👍
An excellent way to demonstrate it's power...l am waiting for the Ecoflow Pro demonstration 🤗💜
Thanks Kat

Now thats 1 hell of a test/review Sir Andy 👊🏼😎🤙🏼! Cheers from across the pond

haha, thanks Ian :) thought id put a bit more effort in to this channel too, try and make reviews a bit more entertaining
Hot food and a cold beer ..the ultimate test ..another great video
Hi Andy, another great vid, what is the name of the table you got out of the zipped bag, and where can I get one please.
Thanks Simon
Thanks for taking the time to post a great video keep up the great work God bless you and your family 👍👍🙏🙏

Brings a new meaning to glamping!
Amazing power generator. £2k.Might have ti save up for that...Solar panels are extra right - the ones you showed!

Thanks for sharing. I really liked the test as it showed the true power of the Delta Max.
That's a beast Andy..... Its also now on my birthday wish list for the missus😁..... Cheers mate ATB👍👍👍
It really is a beast, never thought id be able to do this with a power bank
brilliant demo! 😁 that food tho.... yummy!
The review aside, this would make me hungry if not for the fact that it seems incredibly bland.
Love the channel and the content, thanks for all of your hard work, Andy!
I don't know what happened, but I had to subscribe again. Glad I found you.
Great review Andy. You're video jus made me hungry and want that Delta Max.
Wow, these things are coming on in leaps and bounds - like to see a review of the Subcold device, too. J&A
Impressive! I wouldn't have thought that was possible!
Great day & amazing video on youtube
Hey Andy. Great test! It really is impressive! Just a quick one.. what’s the folding table you use? As this would be a great addition to my Land Rover setup 👍

@@kentsurvivalgearreview586 thanks buddy much appreciated! Keep up the good work 😎
@@kentsurvivalgearreview586 I was about to ask the same thing. Thanks for the link.
Thanks, that caught my eye too.
Great video Andy as usual. offcamping (Billy) did a similar test couple of week’s ago 😊
Absolutely ridiculous. What next, bushcraft jacuzzi? Loved the vid Andy.
Great video! I’m looking at one to run a fridge and freezer In a foodtruck. What you think of those uses?

other than the shockingly little amount of proper seasoning, this was a great video!😎

How about a 2-3 day luxury camp? I know you did one before but you have a few new additions would be great to see one again.
Yes I would say it is a RollsRoyce of power banks and hopefully this technology will become cheaper and replace noisy generators in the future:)
Please, I want that beautiful foldable table. I have table envy so bad!
Absolutely sensational 😂😂
I know it was a bit of fun but it does go to show how far battery technology has come along.
Now we just need to wait for the cost to come down lol
Great powerbank, i have the delta max and a few of the delta 2s.
That is one really powerful solar generator. I'm astonished that it lasted that long.
Looks amazing, cracking bit of kit. And now I'm really hungry 😂
Don’t worry Andy, you’re Allowed to do silly things 🤣 I wonder if an induction hob would be better if running from a power bank ? 🍻
What a fab piece of kit Andy, and a fab price to go with it. All relative depending on needs I know !! Cheers Pal !😄
Tasty Sunday lunch time viewing 😋
Gotta have a roast on a sunday :p

Good as always buddy
Can you test a house refrigerator on power generator. Sometimes we have power outages in California U.S. thanks 👍 this is awesome information
Yes you can easily.
For another test...........A/C in the bell tent, in the summer. Hahaha
Pleasure to watch your program. Upbeat. Thanks

Amazing solar panels power I'm impressed
Do you have a link for the fold up table?
Yes, I love that folding table. Okay, so you either lug or sledge all this equipment to your campsite. Or you stroll in and chop a lot of wood. Hmmmm.

Delta Max is great!! 👍👍
looks real nice andy

great! one question: where can i buy a kitchen table as you have?
www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0967T8J3N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
What was the table the oven was on. ? Lol I ask about that and not the impressive power bank. ??? Just seen it answer in a different comment:-)
Why not use a heater on the Eco Flow or can it?
I'm suitably impressed, the price was around what I'd expected. The solar panels (which I'd need) maybe a little too large, what are the dimensions please?
Also...that 'chicken'...I suspect there is a garden missing a robin...
Poussin is a young chicken. Edit. You uncultured swine! (Sorry, I forgot I was on TH-cam and forgot the insult)
Would 175w Renogy Solar Panels work with this or are the amps too much?
You could have used the “X-Boost” feature available on the Max. It boosts power to 3,400 continuous watts! However, it’s not recommended that you use sensitive electronics in this mode.
Love the video what brand is that oven/stove
Link for the lil stove
Where do you camp, which locations and is it permitted by law? Because of the open fires and so on.
