Sampling is like taking a portion of a pre existing song, adding a certain beat to it, which then differentiates it from the original song from which the beat or recording was taken. Camila made use the same technique with ‘Crying in the Club’ which was sampled from Christina Aguilera’s ‘Genie in a bottle’. Fyi
