- Fidra is an island in the Firth of Forth. It is home to. population of breeding Puffins. RSPB Scotland has been working hard with partners to improve the fortunes of these charismatic little seabirds. Find out more in this video.
Some of the work in this video was part of SOS Puffin, a project involving RSPB Scotland, the Scottish Seabird Centre and the Forth Seabird Group. We would like to thank everyone who has worked to make Fidra better for seabirds and RSPB are grateful for our members, generous supporters and businesses who have helped make this vital conservation work happen.
Than k you so much for helping these amazing little birds
No , thank you rspb Scotland for doing a wonderful job 😘
Thank you, RSPB, for what you do.
I would, however, like to ask if you could add subtitles to your videos, for the hearing impaired. The closed captions by TH-cam are not always perfect.
Hi Heather. Thanks for asking about subtitles. The subtitles on this video and all the other RSPB Scotland videos on TH-cam are produced as part of the editing process and checked over before being posted. So they should be better than the auto generated ones. If you've noticed any problems with them do post in the comments. You can select them in the closed captions option on TH-cam. Doing it this way maximises accessibility for the widest range of people and gives folk the option to watch with subs or not. Hope that helps. STEPHEN
what an amazing place
