I love that Ben and Bailey are the ones that officiate the Lesbian weddings. Bailey did Arizona and Callie and now Ben has done Maya and Carina. Beautiful ❤️

They are perfect, Maya and Carina are perfection and Danielle and Stefania are something else. I’m really pissed that everything was ruined by the super selfish and over the top toxic Sullivan who, once again, doesn’t want a woman to be his boss (even if Maya literally saved his ass many times). We, queer women, don’t deserve our beautiful moments ruined by toxic men, Maya certainly doesn’t deserve this since everything she’s been trough. Also, she was the best captain 19 has ever had. So, I’m in love with Maya and Carina but Sullivan deserve nothing and I really hope Andy asks for a divorce. For once, ONCE, we deserved a purely joyous wedding without drama.

Yes this! I have seen so many say that they love “Surrera” and I literally hate Sullivan so much, Andy deserves so much better. Maya is such a good captain who follows the rules almost always and still try to make change. To see a queer female captain is really important for everyone, representation matters! I’m myself also queer and we don’t get many happy and good wlw relationships so I am so happy to see them get married

Also I think it’s because technically this was set around like august 2020, there couldn’t be that many people there and all of Station 19 is a bubble so they were allowed to be together, like Vic had said near the beginning of the episode. But yeah it would’ve of been cool to see one or two grey’s characters.

Actually the one part or writing in a whole bunch of episodes that was realistic. If you are a woman out there building a career for yourself you have to work 10 times harder to make a success than most men and heaven forbid you do something the bosses don’t like. They will replace you quicker than a heartbeat with someone like Sullivan that should not even have a job due to using drugs while at work.

I love everything about the season final except the nerve-plucking atomic explosive at the end. Some might like the wedding to be more well-prepped with flowers, cozy ambiance, and a bigger venue but to me, each one has their own taste of the nuptial ceremony, and I think this wedding is really something that fits Maya and Carina. Nevertheless, the final news at the end is not a cliffhanger, instead, it is a darn mood extinguisher foiling the entire jubilance theme of this season-wrapping episode. They could've done so much better than shoving at us a hubristic, selfish Sullivan treading on the woman who has saved his life numerous times, let alone letting him back in Station 19 when no others would.

This wedding was a celebration and a release for Station 19. With everything they have been through and dealing with from the pandemic, BLM protect, Vic parent's restaurant almost burning down, the law suit with SPD. I remember Miller asking Maya to have a wedding for Station 19... With that said its not the wedding details like actual vows and ring exchanges that the LGBTQ+ community would have liked considering the history behind getting the right to marry. However this wedding suited the storyline (Carina doesn't really believe in marriage and Maya didn't know if they would have a wedding with Carina still leaving for Italy.) I smiled throughout the whole wedding because it was beautiful and nice to see everyone dance being happy. That's my take. Blessings to all!

We were expecting a little bit more of this scene, you now, vows, rings and a beautiful wedding, not a super fast one, I still liked it though

Rubbish and sloppy writing. Wayhaught you had a writer and producer as well as actors who actually cared about portraying gay people. Clearly not the case for station 19.
