In this video I'm going to dissasembly the HUINA 583 to see what's inside it and discover how it works.
throughout the video you will see the HUINA 583 is very well made, all gears are made of very durable metal.
This is a very nice, very heavy bulldozer.
The issues that the HUINA 583 need to upgrade are wheel friction and the power of the engine.
Huina 583 is not strong enough to work in hard ground, only suitable for mud or soft sand
I will upgrade and upgrade the other weaknesses of Huina 583 in the next videos.

Thank you bro.. just got mine. 583 is so powerful. Solid build also. The servo driver seems strong to lift up more than its body weight.
Great video! Thanks! I need to troubleshoot a non working lift servo. This video saved bunch of time! I'm hoping it's just a stuck limit switch.

Interesting. Did you ever get the 370 motor to fit in the axle housing? Maybe the bigger can with extra turns would help.
It looks like everything's direct wired to that one mainboard. It'd be interesting to pull apart a cheap RC servo and see about using the encoder to change the steering to a self-centering version, with programmed end points instead of limit switches.

That's right, motors is too small, this wheel loader will be alive more stronger in next videos.
mine quit steering but motor works, can a limit switch cause failure?
edit: got it fixed, i added a seperate controller & remote just to use the steering

Is this Huina 583 based on or shared with th Wltoys 14800? Do they use the same steering? I am trying to decide on which loader is better
they are the same, wltoys have some upgrade, wltoys > 583

А почему производитель не сделал обороты колёс одинаковые?хотел себе купить такой бля дорогой ,купил по дешевле , Double Eagle E519-003 ,,конечно задний привод и дифференциал надо блокировать ,ковш вообще слабый ,вот думал от твоей модели мосты купить и что-то с ковшом думать
тоже не понимаю. + задние явно меняя тяговые, чем передние.
