Jo, me encanta el bajo este la verdad, es comodísimo y practiquísimo. Por eso llevo desde que lo tengo luchando con su sonido (genérico, apagado, sin punch, sin carácter), su GRAN punto débil. Había olvidado lo PENOSAS que son las pastillas Bartolini. Traía unas Bartolini licencia Ibanez ya de por sí pedorras, sonaban muertas (como todas las Bartolini que he tenido y tocado en mi vida, cualquier modelo, en cualquier bajo). Literalmente ARRUINAN este bajo y sistemáticamente arruinan cualquier bajo que toco con ellas. Aún así NO APRENDO, hice el "upgrade" a otras Bartolini made in California de 4 bobinas, carísimas. Pues ya están en venta en Wallapop. Pero es que me gusta mucho el bajo y no quería deshacerme de él. Hace 2 semanas seguí mi intuición y pillé por 1/10 de la guita estas Wilkinson, single coil de Jazz Bass genéricas, de AliExpress. Les dan 1000 vueltas. Ahora sí, ASÍ tiene que sonar este bajo. En general, humbuckers de bajo nunca más, salvo inventos de Leo Fender, que diseñó las 2 humbuckers de bajo más usadas de la historia, las que funcionan (la de Precision, hace 70 años, y hace 50 años la de Musicman). ¿Y resulta que hoy un hatajo de snobs amantes del sonido triste son incapaces de hacer una puñetera humbucker de bajo (ni por 400 pavos) que no suene jodidamente muerta? Parece como si lo hicieran a posta, te juro, con lo fácil y barato que es hacer una pastilla que suene bien, se empeñan en hacerlo mal y caro (que luego se lo gastan en marketing, nunca en ingeniería). Soy gilipollas, en adelante Bartolini a la lista negra (a hacerle compañía a Delano, otra marca poronga con la que también he experimentado suficiente). Ya he tirado suficiente guita en ellas, SPM. La evidencia cada día me resulta más clara: LEO GOT IT RIGHT FIRST TIME (lo dicen mucho los yankis). Desde luego las 2 veces que se puso a diseñar humbuckers de bajo lo bordó, y sin inventar nada radical, es algo que luego se copió con éxito hasta la saciedad, abaratadísimo incluso.
it's not strange to have the frets tilted? I want to buy a Headless bass bu the model I want got this kind of frets and I don't know if it's strange or you just need to adapt a bit your playing style.
@@T0matoSan it's not, at least with frets. Indeed it's been easy every time I had tried one before, and owning this has required no adaptation really (at least at my far from virtuoso level of playing). Just gotta be careful when doing some chords up high in the fretboard. The typical thing that happens to me is wanting to do a major chord with minor 7th, I end up doing it maj7 because my finger in the higher string is too far up (not if it was normal fretting, but because the fret is too damm tilted up there in these). This said, I wouldn't dare try fretless AND fanned, I already suck at normal fretless 🤣 Correctly intonated chords would be WILD. Also consider there's less and more fanned. This Ibby goes from 33" (G) to 35" (low B), which is "moderate". There's more extreme fanned fret instruments (i.e. Dingwals go up to 34"-37"), thus with frets more tilted towards both ends of the fretboard.
