香港芭蕾舞團首席舞者汪慶欣來指導soloist紀錄

Not about a specific dance piece today - but the special experience of inviting the warm-hearted Qingxin, Principal Dancer of the Hong Kong Ballet, to coach our soloists.
When it comes to coaching performances, it’s best to leave it to the professionals. Qingxin is a treasure in every sense of the word. As a seasoned performer who has worked with world-renowned choreographers and artists, her stage experience, charisma, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication are invaluable. For us, it was a great honor to have her expertise. I’ve known Qingxin for many years, and when I reached out with this invitation, she immediately agreed, despite being in the middle of the busy Nutcracker season.
In just a 90-minute rehearsal, we gained so much! Qingxin has a unique focus on the "audience’s perspective"-what does the audience see from the stage? From the angle of the feet, the direction of the shoulders, to the movement of the hands and the source of energy, her sharp eye and professionalism helped the dancers refine their craft. While the learning curve was steep, the dancers gave their all, absorbing and trying every new method. These practical insights were truly treasures.
After the rehearsal, Qingxin shared with me how much she enjoys coaching:
“Seeing the changes, the little reflections of myself in their movements-is so rewarding! I think when I retire, I’d love to coach full-time!” she said with a smile.
I have no doubt she would be an incredible coach-strict yet compassionate, precise in her guidance, and warm enough to inspire dancers to believe in themselves. Her presence has undoubtedly made us better and more beautiful.

今天不是舞碼小故事，而是邀請很溫暖的慶欣--香港芭蕾舞團首席舞者--來指導soloist的珍貴紀錄。
指導演出讓專業的來，慶欣做為一位線上的表演者，在香港芭蕾舞團和世界各大編舞家、藝術家一同工作，無疑是一座珍貴的寶藏，舞者可以汲取她的舞台經驗、舞台魅力、她對細節的雕琢和堅持，是我們的榮幸。做為一位coach, 我相信慶欣絕對是全香港最有資格的人之一；我們認識多年，和她提出邀約時，她立刻答應，儘管他們正在Nutcracker的水深火熱之中。
在短短一個半小時的排練裡，我們收穫滿滿。慶欣特別注重「觀眾視角」--台下的觀眾能看到什麼？從腳踩的角度、肩膀的方向，到手的帶動與力量來源，她用她的專業與敏銳幫助舞者精進。雖然學習的資訊很多，舞者們非常給力，盡力去記、去嘗試每一個新的方法，這些實戰經驗的分享都是寶藏。
排練結束後，慶欣和我聊到她其實特別喜歡coaching: 「可以看到修改後，她們身上有一點點我的影子吧？怎麼說呢，特別有成就感！我想退休後可以當舞碼coach！」慶欣笑著說。
那我肯定她會是一位嚴厲、說到點上的好老師，不僅能精準地指導，還能用溫暖的方式讓舞者相信自己，也真的讓我們變得更好、更美。謝謝慶欣，謝謝繼續持續努力並且堅持的舞者，不斷打磨著技藝，讓舞蹈更美、更有力量。
