Starmer's scandal? 10 points off Labour!

In 2009 an extraordinary campaign was being set up, a campaign that got floating voters in marginal seats to demand a transfer of sovereignty from politicians to people through the introduction of the Swiss initiative and referendum system in Britain.
What stopped the campaign were mistakes made by the Crown Prosecution Service when Keir Starmer was running it. Those mistakes resulted in miscarriages of justice and wrongful imprisonments. Starmer's been told about the miscarriages of justice and done nothing about it.
