Great informative video thank you! I've been using disposable pads my whole life and I was thinking about trying a menstrual cup but I feel intimidated by the thought of putting something down there also, so I am thinking about purchasing these. How many pairs is enough for you for each day? It's kind of expensive so I want to buy enough for a 7 day cycle without breaking the bank 😅

depends on your flow but on heavy days, i use 3-4 pairs

What brand of soap do you use for washing?

Hi! Just a regular laundry detergent or the tide bar soap. Any laundry soap will do just don’t use a fabric softener 😊
