We won! for a fleeting moment you feel so proud of yourself until you're heckled and booed at for it and told that your success was a result of some sort of privelage rather than a result of your hard work and dedication... yeah I'm sure that would feel invalidating as fuck to any human being on the planet. Taylor had something very similar happen to her back in 09 so I have no doubt that also played a role in her deciding to stand up for him. But nobody is ready to have that discussion yet

I think the reason this video is about Taylor and Harry is because she had the same moment happen to her with the "Beyonce should have won over you" sentiment. Taylor standing for Harry is showing her solidarity and respect for him during his speech. No person should ever be boo-d for winning an award. Yes, you might not agree with their win, but you shouldn't boo the person that did win. It's not fair and it's honestly disgusting. Anyway, bringing it back to your comment, I don't think this video is about the relationship of Taylor and Harry, but rather, a similar moment in their careers. I get what you mean, though!
