- ► These Goan Neureo are crunchy, sweet and flavourful delicacy that is filled with delicious goodness of filling made with simple ingredients yet so amazing, I still remember in my childhood many would give us Semolina [Rava] Neureo where the filling would be hard like a rock, and I would just eat the pastry and discard the filling; but the filling in this recipe will not harden and you will be able to taste the filling in every bite!
Note: Reheat the oil after every batch on medium heat and then fry the neureo on low heat this will allow the neureo to be crispy

1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Plain Flour [Maida]
½ cup Semolina [Rava]
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup Powdered Sugar
½ Tbsp. Poppy Seeds
1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
20 Cashew Nuts (broken)
20 Raisins
¼ tsp. Cardamom Powder
Ghee [Clarified Butter]
Cooking Oil (for frying)
Salt to Taste
Makes: About 20 Rava Nevryo (650g)
Preparation Time: 40 mins
