Initially, I often hear my own voice more clearly than theirs. What helps is focusing on their face; visualizing it allows me to recreate their voice more accurately. At first, I start with a simple greeting or any phrase, then naturally weave the desired sentence into their speech. This approach feels more natural and less forced. For me, using sound is the easiest method because having inner conversations is second nature. I find myself seamlessly talking to myself throughout the day, easily immersing myself in it. The best part is, you can do this anytime - at work, during breakfast - without needing any special setup. When you can clearly hear your friend's voice, it naturally brings happiness and a smile to your face. That's the signal you've reached the visualization stage. If you repeat this process a few times during the day, you'll soon feel satisfied and won't feel the need to do it again. Don't fret over this feeling; you'll know it when it happens - a calm, slightly joyful state. If it fades, simply revisit the conversation as often as necessary. There are no failures. If you find yourself back in a state of lack, see it as an opportunity to practice the law and guide yourself back to your fulfilled state. Persistence is key. Regardless of how many times you slip back, what matters is how often you push forward. When asked how many times we should forgive, Jesus replied, 'Seventy-seven times.' So, persist and stay encouraged. Falling back into old patterns is a chance to practice the law once more and move beyond them.
