Developed in 18 months the new generation of the Tata pickup uses an evolution of the previous body-on-frame X2 platform, revised above all in the suspension geometry, the body uses a higher percentage of high-strength steel. Given the success of the previous Telcoline, with the new series Tata realizes a product intended primarily for export in many countries including ASEAN, EMEA and Merconsur in fact is being equipped with double front airbags and security systems such as ABS, control traction and speed downhill.

Its nothing weird at all there are pickup truck lovers and those vehicles are really cool. In USA and Canada having a pickup is more prestigious than having a sedan. Even Arabian countries also love pickup trucks . But I don't understand why Indians treat Suv as God and its truck counterpart Pickup as Tempo. These is really depressing for pickup lovers.
I hve seen a major accident between Tata xenon and ciaz, crashing.. Xenon just got minor body damage.. But ciaz was unrecognizable... Thts the build quality of TATA 💪 xenon is my love ❤

@@doc...5263 it's good, the engine is strong in pulling at low end..maintenance is low because it is of same engine as sumo, but the suspension is not for high payload, only upto around 900kg. Now you can only buy commercial pick up tata yodha which comes with safari engine and its suspension is being set up for heavy load.

I bought a second hand one recently ....I wonder why Tata stopped producing the magnificent Xenon and created the new version Yodha which looks horrible and too commercial. I think they should refit this beautiful cargo box and relaunch a private registration version to compete with the Isuzu and Toyota pickups which are too expensive
Poor sales is the reason. No company would shelve its product for trivial reasons after spending so much money in its development.
