    I feel like Augenstein has the upper hand, natural talent-wise. However this match came down to mental fortitude and emotional control, and Ogletree absolutely shined in that department winning him the tournament. Brilliant match, thanks to USGA for this great content.

John played great, just ran out gas a little at the end. Congrats to both players, for an amazing match!

    I have to say...I was rooting for Ogletree. It seemed to me that all week, Augenstein was exhibiting some questionable etiquette. Some of you with more Match play experience may have more insight that informs his actions more accurately, but Augenstein seems to have a habit of rushing his opponent out of the tee-box and crowding his opponent on the green, numerous times he was trying to set-up for his tee shot before his opponent had even picked up his tee and was not only crowding his opponent on the green but walking across his line while the putt was still rolling or placing his marked ball within a foot or two of his opponent still picking up his gimme or marking his ball. Just seems really disrespectful or like a head game.

    • @jamesroboyle
      @jamesroboyle 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Trapper50cal I didn’t see anything questionable, however it’s obvious that Ogletree was more in control of his nerves and emotions when it came to handling the pressure. Augustein just fell apart on the last few holes it seemed.

So my recommendation is that you would like to just play with friends or familie's members neighbors, or even by your own leisure moment to have fun with a volleyball to really work on the momentum and good trajectory, and instinct. You'll grasp them on your field. Thanks, and always have fun with lots of love on your practices.
