Rahul Gandhi Summoned In Defamation Case, Case Is Related To Veer Savarkar I Rajeev Kumar

A court in Maharashtra's Nashik district has issued summons to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. The summons have been issued in a defamation case filed against Rahul Gandhi for his alleged objectionable remarks against Veer Savarkar. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nashik, Deepali Parimal Keduskar issued a notice to Rahul Gandhi in this regard on September 27, stating that the statement made against a patriotic person appears to be prima facie derogatory.
