This is actually not new, there was an old guy who performed in a talk show I think, it was long ago, probably 90s, of a guy playing guitar and all the while playing the sax with just his mouth, no instrument, just like KZ. But this is not an easy thing to do. You really need a lot of practice, of course the diaphragm, because you need air, lots of it. It's like playing the harmonica with a leaf, it needs real training, patience, and a bit of talent
