Until Oct'2020, I was completely debt trapped. My entire earning was going into repaying my debts. I had ZERO SAVINGS/INVESTMENTS and my age was almost 38. Then I started MF investments after repaying all debts and in June'2024, I am sitting with a 41 lakh portfolio with ZERO DEBT and a formidable emergency fund. I learnt my lessons.

Just invest in mutual fund by monthly basis abd whenever u gave money invest in mutual fund as lumpsum. Thats it. This us more than enough. But if you do trade then u will loss huge money and get health issues.
