By free you mean get it from achievement or rank?
Yes
Some wings can obtain by rank 1/become leader of Monthly Territorial Guild Wars. Duel leaderboard, etc
Mounts, every class will get their free sect mount if they reach certain achievements + lv 69
Like showing on video,
Crane for Sword Mage
Qilin for Paladin/Vanguard
Tiger Bat for Blade Master
Elephant for Spirit Shaper
Undead Horse for Occultist
Mecha Droid for Gun slinger
