to my knowledge BEW usually carves out the peg wholes when he makes custom heads to make them interchangeable. at least i’ve seen that in a few of his videos of him making customs.

I wonder if for Jungle Boy using elbow pads in place of knee ones would work if the knee pads are too big. The Supreme Kenny alternate tights match the Elite title so perfectly. Is there a video with the creation of the Masked Strowman head?
You could glue the front of the knee pad to jungle boys knees and if u need to take them of just cut where the glue is and if there is any glue left on the knee just dremel it anyways I love ur vids

I think bew made the braun head interchangeable he does that for alot of his custom heads
You could always try the WWE MOTU/ Superstars kneepads on Jungle Boy. They're a much tighter fit than the standard Elite/Basic kneepad.

Since the Jungle boy didn’t work out you could maybe try women’s kneepads
Use the elite 64 head for Rollins. It's hair to short but it looks amazing.
You could pop on mjf knee pads on the jungle boy or cut the hexagon kneepads for better articulation
