I once hit on a very punchy mid tone and it ended up being two gold men's 14k & 18k rings tied together with a bread package twist tie. Both rings were in the 6/7 gram range the heavier of which was the 18k ring. At that time I had only found two golds rings prior and was early into my second year of detecting. The spot was a field loaded with tornado debris from a few years earlier and I ended up with four gold rings that day. I have found a couple dozen more gold rings since then but I doubt I will ever top that hole. But you never know what lies in the next hole.
@@Buckleboy Your four ring day story brought it all back. I have hunted that site many times since then but only one more gold ring. I have found many cool things there but the biggest head scratcher hole was a perfect stack of 8 dinner spoons that flew 150 yards in a tornado and somehow landed intact and still perfectly stacked.
Every time I watch I always learn something new. Thanks!
My pleasure, thank you for watching!
That was awesome! A four ring day! Awesomeness! I love the fare token and the pay phone token. Those were cool! 💖💯
Many thanks Julie! I love those things too!
Great video. The ring finds made for an amazing day out! Congrats!

Buckle Boy James from Iron Antler Adventures has had a good beginning of the year!
Hello my friend!
Awesome stuff, Buckleboy!❤
Thank you my dear friend!
good hunt at the beach. nice rings and tokens.
Much appreciated my friend!
I think it might be a lace bobbin. Used to weave lace. I have a box of wooden ones from late 1800s / early 1900s I found at a yard sale.
Ahh interesting! Were they ever made in bone or ivory!
Congrats on the gold. Pulse is hard to use in Jersey due to the iron.
Yes many environments make a PI extremely challenging unless the beach is clean
Let’s gooooo!
Let’s Geaux!

@jasongwin8257 tornados and other natural disasters are baffling in how they can be so destructive in one instance and so orderly in another
