Seeking more lore on those wily wodes and overall cartoonish-to-crazy Celtic peoples. The Falians fight supposed “honor” duels yet excuse themselves from limiting their own extremes in deception and covert subterfuge? Sounds like they could relate a lot to the Alpha Legion if they were transported to the 30k era but this leaves me wondering what is this tribe's bizarre definition of honourable ethics. Yeah, they're 'intensely interested' in the secrets of other peoples...before they destroy the entirety of that society, civilians and all. This group's also got a funny coronation tradition yet practical in its efficiency of not squandering any time. Sounds like Finians are, if not born with, self-trained to bear iron stomachs and lungs of steel. I can also appreciate the straightforward simplicity to those folksy folks' method of defering to the outgoing king's advice on a successor, regardless of the exiting king's true competency or ability at insight. By all the Ogham Stones, that guy seen after 10:00 looks like a transplant from Norsca or further afield. Maybe because of this tribe's adversity with exactly those Northern people. It looks like older artwork, but allthesame - is THAT guy a fond tender of Finian turnips? Although the “Dread Sonja” who follows him in the successive picture certainly knows how to wear a blue kilt. They each had their quirks just as the first two major Albion tribes did. I suppose I find the Falians the most interesting, if untrustworthy. Due to their relative mysteriousness. The Finians do come across as tending to be similar to the Sessair. I'm sure they're all good fightin' sports against Chaos, however! So I give you my thanks for more from out the Albionite mists, Narrator. You certainly have been clearing up the air around the island nation's culture, after my only exposure being Gotrek and Felix's single-novel visit. Until your next landing at Albion to spill some lore, be well and have a healthy and awesome day. May the blessings of Sigmar be upon you.
Oh boy Mike I like the vibe of Albion to but there. is like some chaos shenanigans going on around the place? that makes you wonder,🤔 plus I share your thoughts on There looks being a little cartoonish does give the albion's some flavor also I wouldn't doubt it some inspiration was taken from Golden Axe which the map does almost have some of the curiosity from the island of Albion ."😃👍
Looking for an Albion army to assemble now. And I have to go with the Finians. More akin to my DNA structure. Even though my buddy just hooked me up, as only a friend could. With quite an extensive, Warriors of Chaos army.
I just rewatched it for 3rd time, this time with the official GW map of Albion, and I think something is off or I am confused. The book says that Finians are a northern tribe that often fight Norscans, but it also says that capital is the Tower of Llenog. Well, according to this map, the Tower of Llenog is in the far west of the isle, south of the Giant's Causeway. It would make sense that inviders from the Muddy Point would have to beat them if Tower of Llenog is their capital, but if that's the case, what is the rest of the tribe doing on the other side of the Beast Peaks? The video also suggest that Norscans have to sail around Albion in order to get to Sessairs, but the other video say that queen Gwenlaen of Sessairs lives in Bol-A-Hat, on the eastern coast between the sea and the Beast Peaks, right beside the Lost Road and not far from Losteriksson's first landing. So, if I understand this correctly, and if we use the Beast Peaks to divide Albion in two halves, Fir Domain and Finians are northern tribes, but Finians have their capital in the Western coast, while Sessairs are a southern tribe and have their capital at the Eastern Coast. That suggest that Fir Domain have their territory in the north west, somewhere bettween the Ochness, Giant's Causeway, and Citadel of Lead, Sessairs are around south east coast, Falians must be somewhere near the Giant's Causeway for Fir Domain to invade them so often, while Finians are either scattered around Albion from the Lonely Ogben to the Tower of Llenog, if not all the way down to the Muddy Point, and then we have independed clans or tribe, the swampfolk form Gotrek and Felix, beastmen and who knows what more everywhere else. Or maybe it is just author's mistake/hiccup caused by not working with a map. Either way, pretty good job. (better link to the map in case the first one does not work. static.wikia.nocookie.net/warhammerfb/images/f/f5/Map_of_Albion_2.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20110517165035)
The 9th edition codexes are fan made, so there's bound to be things that make no sense. Especially geographically, for a faction that didn't have that aspect explored much.
Oh boy The Falians would be a lot better with public relations if they weren't so dubious and ruthless Also being a king doesn't really sound cool in Albion and those Finians at least some what honorable then the Falians I like How they are more like survivors Who adore though a lot of hell then being cutthroat, also that artwork of that Finians warrior at 10:58 looks like something I play In a super Nintendo game like weaponLord those interesting clothing with those game characters would make any Albion blush with envy."😁👍
I played campaigns all over the Old World in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay but I never played Albion! Their tech level simply isn’t to my liking. Appreciate the info though! Thanks!
I'm really enjoying these Albion lore videos!
Great, cause there's half a dozen more coming :D

To be fair, I don't think they very high tech either. Their elite cavalry is just guys on basic horses, lol.
