Amy is the best . I’ve literally been watching ASMR since Heather Feather and Maria “Gentle Whispering “ were under 10,000 subs combined. What I’m saying is I’ve watched a LOT of ASMR and I consider Amy to be one of the top all time best.

I’ve been suffering with literally the same thing. I’ve been having a reoccurring thought everyday for 7 months already, and it’s so overwhelming. Yes, I would say it’s taken up my whole mind. I literally think of nothing but that sometimes. only sometimes. Sometimes i got so mad at the fact that this thought might not go away that i would punch and throw things across the room and in some cases scream at the top of my lungs. I do believe things will get better. Hopefully...
This was very tingly and kept my intrusive thoughts at bay at least for a little while. So thank you for the 26 minutes of calm.

thank you so much for this video. I did not realise how much I needed to hear the things you said. I have been feeling really low and sad recently and spend 90% of the last two weeks in bed, without having the motivation to do anything. I have a lot of pressure because of uni and always want to ace at things and when don't I spiral and start to think about how worthless and stupid I am and see no purpose in anything anymore. I know its stupid but because of my fear of failure, I would rather not try and have the imagination that I could have passed. I try to work against this negative mindset, but it is really hard. Especially with social media and in todays world I find it so hard to not compare yourself to others and trying to be perfect. This video helped a lot and is like a giant bandage or a cozy fury warm blanket. Thanks
