    I have watched the show again and again, so many times. The director and the dancer are both amazing! I plan to visit Tibet again in near future.

    非常懷念舞蹈家卓瑪的舞蹈。It's useless to argue about whether the dance belong to political propaganda or not. What I see from her dance is, Dolma has showed me her Tibet in her heart using her dance. The last part of her dance, the steps happened naturally, not any choreography. Tibet interpreted by her dance is free from political framework. She loves her hometown Tibet. She feels comfortable being there! Her atmosphere and her elegance body shape are the result of long time professional training. However, aim of her dance is very pure - her love for Tibet

      The song itself may have some implied meaning of propaganda as most of the main stream songs, but the lyrics itself only sings about the brightness and holiness of the Tibetan scenery and sunshine.

    多少年过去了,能看的藏族舞蹈还是只有这一支,代入感太强了,真的艺术。真希望能出现和被看到更多的民族作品和灵魂舞者。

      You don't even live in Tibet now, you are just full of yourself, ignorant coward escaper, talker but not constructer so willfuly blind to see the truth and speak objectivly, the slave ovenof the ideology narrotisim. Yes the Chinese government is not democratic, so what, the truth is that the slavery is ended by them in Tibet and the develpment also is happening there everyday. Don't expect to praise the Chinese goverment, just please be objective as a humanbeing.

    the dancer is good. the singer is cool. but still, it's not convincing that if this is the genuine Tibet which Tibetans want to show to the world. They should have the right to speak out and speak for themselves especially.

    • @YYwb
      @YYwb 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can judge but you don't have any evidence to support you judgement towards the music and the dance. The dancer is a Tibetan the grand daughter of a liberated slave, who choose to remain in Tibet in 1959 rather than ran away with Daila and his noble followers - the slave owners and monks who ruins Tibet and spend over 100% of old Tibet's local GDP, and living upon the support from the central government. So you don't think this dancer is dancing with her heart? and you don't even have any idea about the lyrics and the song itself. Stop being a holier-then-tho troll in the internet, learn some real stuff before you throw around your nonsense.

    Chinese should learn to respect others the way they want to be respected.

      No offence but this song is written, composed and sung by ethnic Chinese and above all it's a hit , otherwise you woudn't be here in the first place. For example, how much 120% indigenous Bhutan or (Outer) Mogolian folk singing have Your Honour heard, and you sure you won't doze off over some? What about the musical quality itself, style always comes second isn't it! What about the mostly borrowed instruments? And who are you to deny the modernaization and pop development of other people, 'cause there are lots of great ethnic Tibetan singers to be and they are one of this country's treasures. And as far as a nation is concernd, I wonder how would you suggest the Americans "Respect" the Black people's Rap or Jazz? Eminem should be banned right?
      And talking of respect, next time please don't start to pontificate about anything you don''t really know that much about but for some second or third hand "mainstream media" feeding, let alone about another coutry with its vastness in every possible way.
