I’m learning so much from your videos! Can’t wait to get my stencils …such a great idea to have double sided inserts 😮 never thought of that

I really love this video as doing an ombre treatment on lettering and on other elements is very clearly demonstrated. I was much more confident in trying an hombre myself after watching this a few times and my project turned out great!

Hi Kathy! We're so happy to hear that your project turned out great!! If you ever feel like sharing project photos, you are more than welcome to post them on our StudioR12 Facebook page. Thank you for watching!!

@@StudioR12Stencils Before I discovered StudioR12, I'd gone to one of those chain stenciling project places and was unimpressed with their process and with my project, so I came home and ordered some very inexpensive stencils from Amazon and so far have only worked with those (and you get what you pay for with cheap stencils) so not sure you'd want to see those on your FB page? I do have a bunch of your stencils (and LOTS of dome brushes) that I've ordered in the last few weeks that I'm going to get cracking on soon! I think Santa Mail is going to get started this weekend for sure, and I have a tall porch sign stencil coming in the mail today as well. I think I'm addicted!

@@kathyanderson7214 That's awesome, I love our Christmas stencils especially - and of course the Tall Porch Signs are a favorite as well. So happy to hear that you are enjoying yourself!!!

To use as a placemat, would you be OK to just use the Minwax wax sealer for food spillage/drippage

Should you do the back side as well, even if it’s blank

@@amysleik3885 We will have to ask Patty about this but I am thinking you'd want to use a polyurethane over a minxwax to make it waterproof. And the minwax wouldn't make it food safe.
I think you'll want to do both sides because if you don't and you don't treat both sides, you'll run into issues with cleaning.

@@StudioR12Stencils just so you know, I’m referring to the Minwax sealing wax that Patty has used on other items

We ordered a new keyboard to see if that minimize the sound a bit 😉
