• 2 peaches
• 1 Tbsp (or more) lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp sugar, plus more to taste
• 1 cup water
• Sparkling water
• Ice cubes
• Mint (optional, for decoration)

Do you let it marinate outside of the refrigerator inside the refrigerator

That's a great question. I usually leave it outside at room temperature. But if the weather is too hot, I would put it inside the fridge. Make sure to cover with a lid/plastic wrap
