Don't agree that they really confronted him. Let him skate by on so many warped ways he described his take on things. It is literally mind breaking to listen to people like Stelter act like the New York Times and CNN are just reporting what people in the know are saying.
He completely ignores that so much of the legacy media is not just slightly populated by liberals, but is literally self identified as over 90% of people working there are self identified as liberal. So they are generally reporting what the liberals around them are talking about. Then he talks about diversity? Where is the diversity of political ideology?
Thinking that when you hire by sex and skin color will create diversity in world view is literally the definition of racism. What is the diversity of only hiring politically left people regardless of skin color or sex?
Then he infers his only "mistake" was giving Biden (and the liberal establishment) the "benefit of the doubt". Like he does this literally ALWAYS until the counter arguments to his narrative are so overwhelming that he either just stops talking or suddenly does a 180. This has happened in story after story. The benefit of the doubt was literally never applied in so many huge stories. Russia gate. Biden laptop. Intelligence agencies working within social media...blah blah blah. All of that is completely overlooked, constantly.
Sorry but it seems like most of these interviews are puff pieces where you pull your punches because you don't want to scare off potential guests. But guess what? You are only going to slowly sink into the same morass of BS that legacy media has already become. Do better.
