That's for the video settings selected on the cogwheel, I know there is 4K 30 but I have been a 60 FPS production so I do need to clarify. Yet, this game lags like hell despite being a 12 year old product and I have a super computer to run Train Sim World 2 at a almost stable framerate. If I were to record at 30 then I would need to not only change my recording framerate but the way my capture card does it as well. I do run them through a rendering process via a video editor before uploading which take forever depending on the length of the videos themselves. 4K 60FPS left on the thumbnail means that it is to let people know it is 4K with 60 FPS option available to view. It would have taken too much work just to toggle on and off on the thumbnail editing software I use but in the video industry you will be facing with other creators who do the same but that is not I'm not going to discuss who. Yet, it would be STUPID if I were to discuss them here and bring protentional pitchforks. I could have remove it all together but remember there is TS routes that may have better framerates than WCML South and MANY DE routes suffers with.
@@NealTV8 Actually, WCML-South is far the laggiest route in TSxx, the other one I can think of is West Rhine: Köln - Koblenz. Lags as 'swine' (Czech slang).
I think that's a class 390 lol. Your description said class 323. Wasn't sure if you were aware of that.

As seen from the reviews, WCML South received poorly due to the rolling stock as well.
