There is no "Retardation Computation" . There should be an explination how much time will it take for the sludge & liquid to seperate. A filtration process caused by gravity only.
This equation is the most basic way of putting a volume of water in a tank.
But I think this can be upgraded to a better formula.

Design means the how much water a stp will process after DWS and % of stp giving excess water after supply which is not a part of Flush water tank

u mean the retention time is 24 hours but the design is not clear. The data needs to be understood as to which data is why selected. the design mean a complete understanding a system. the procedure is not elaborated

Not a good video. Way too simplistic. Which treatment unit are you talking about that needs to be 3m deep? Just one of the clarifiers (primary or secondary)? What about pre-treatment screening and sedimentation, aeration, tertiary treatment?
