He didn't smoke but it smelt like an old man's clothes. When alive he actually saw a ghost appear out of a stream and experienced a door opening in the bungalow he previously lived in.

Matt & Adam ghostbusters supreme! It is wonderful how you both complement each other, and despite technically being the same investigation you both capture different things. Adam seems to be getting much more sensitive to “feeling” of the places you go. I love the fact that you both have the same equipment and can that way get instant confirmation. I wonder what that light was on the coat in the hallway 🤔 it’s interesting because on Adams film he shows a locked off camera showing the upstairs and a moving light is visible. As ever I look forward to seeing the next explore, stay safe and give that adorable puppy a big hug
What a great explore!! And Matt, it was so particularly cool to see it from your perspective and then Adam’s perspective. Of course there was a lot of overlap yet there was also a lot of individual views. I really liked how you tried to continue the conversations with the spirits in that living room. So much was going on!! I do hope you can go back there at some point as it seems like there is a lot more to experience with the spirits there. I didn’t sense anything malicious, did you? I absolutely love seeing all those things from someones life just left there as it was. It also makes me wonder we're there not any relatives to come & take care of things when the person passed? I'm so glad it wasn't trashed, I just don't understand why people do that & it makes me sad because that was someones life they're trashing! Great video. Always remember: safety first always.
Collecting bird eggs was a really popular hobby in the 70s... Probably prior to that too. Like collecting moths, butterflies and bugs... then pinning them to display boards. 😬 It was different times... 🤷♀️

Love the window design! Something was messing with the camera, not just at the beginning either. Thought it might have been you messing with FPS in editing 🤷♀️ Sometimes after a smoker (from the matchbooks) dies, the smoke smell can really linger. Although it’s usually an all-encompassing smell, not just in different rooms (I think, not sure). Have you tried thermal imaging? I wonder if it would pick up any rodents in the walls or around you… but that might not be a pleasant thing to find out 😬

We had a smell of rotting fish, always 3rd step from top of stairs, it would disappear for weeks then come back, cannot explain it, we even had a local vicar round she told us it was a bad sign but didn't emphasise on it , we have moved now but still cannot explain it 😮
Sad that it’s all left behind and none of the children claimed anything (as keepsakes). I know we can’t take it with us and you can’t keep everything but the photos would be my number one thing I’d want to keep when a loved one passes on.
