@@Haydenalabamapodcastdude this is something else. I've saw all the clips from all four of ya from time to time. Bro. Robin is my guy!! If you have him on regularly I will be listening. As a fellow preacher he is my kind of man.
Boys this is the first time I’ve watched this podcast. I’ve got to say as a hillbilly outdoor loving Southern Baptist Pastor from Virginia I absolutely love it!!
I’ve been friends with Robin for 10 years, what you see is the real deal. He’s a good man and a great friend. Taking him turkey hunting and watch him call in those long beards! ❤
Man im from Sevier County Tennessee, and it's really good to hear a good wholesome comical country podcast. You guys really do make my day! If you guys ever make a trip to Dollywood or Gatlinburg I'd love to meet you guys!
I am 3 weeks and some change away from being out of the military and back home in Alabama permanently for the first time in 6 years. Thank y’all for giving me a small piece of my home back to me. This kind of laughing and carrying on with buddies is one of the things I’ve missed the most.
Y’all have hit a gold mine with Bro. Robin! We’ve shared this episode and his short so many times the last few days among my friends. The ole Dominiquer Rooster! Step out here to plowed dirt.
Absolutely cherish your dad! Me and my daddy got hit by an intoxicated driver back in 2006. He was picking me up from school I was 9, and I was the sole survivor thanks to The Lord, but you never know how long you’ll have with loved ones.
I moved from bama 6 years ago and went up to WA. I sure do miss talking to my ol folk down in Sommerville/Harstelle area. Good people are far a few between anywhere, but by golly I sure miss the southern hospitality. Gentle waves off steering wheels to strangers. Then talking to Milton at Milton’s gas station for far too long while foods ready at home. Roll Tide
From tenn. but i spent good amount of time in you guys neck of the woods working for RR have met some good people and enjoy you boys little show, keep um coming ,,trent talking about his mother reminds me of mine while growing up if I ask to do something and was told no I couldn't when I ask the second time the answer then was NOT NO NO BUT K N O W NO, WHAT PART OF NO DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND....PRECIOUS MEMORIES @shanethomas7177
Y’all’s stories about songs reminded me of my wife askin me one Sunday in church if I had heard Jon pardis new song knockin boots. She didn’t ask quietly either 😂😂😂
Years ago I was a truck driver and I remember my boss saying to get ready the next day I was going to Philadelphia, man I was excited, well the next morning when I got to the shop to get my paperwork,it's when I found out I was going to Philadelphia,Mississippi...lol,well anyways I was headed out there to pickup a piece of equipment at an auction,it was one of those big concrete recyclers on tracks and it was coming back with us to Opelousas,La.
Sounds like when I take my dad hunting. Last time I heard shhhhh shhhhh shhhhh. He was spraying 40 percent cutter. He didn’t want to get mosquitoes bites.
@Haydenalabamapodcast y'all rock!!! I can't wait to come back if nothing else just to be in y'alls presence, lol. My nephew used the show I was on to introduce me and my personality to his girlfriend before we meet.
Deer do some crazy things when they hear something they don’t know what it is, they will come to investigate and if they get spooked they will run away and then circle around and come back if they were still curious and if they don’t think they are spotted they will sit there and watch for a long time before they sneak off.that’s more urban area deer but the mountain deer that are on the huge swaths of state game lands, they hear or see or smell anything out of the ordinary and they are gone before you even see them. It’s like they know it’s hunting season and they just avoid any area that they think they could be in danger and when the season is over they are back to their normal routine. That’s what I observed at least when hunting and finding a good spot to hunt and setting up game trail cameras. I kept them in the spot for two years straight going to swap batteries and sd cards and a week before hunting season starts they change their pattern and they don’t come in regular again until after hunting season ends. That totally changed my strategies for hunting.
I was the kid that loved any music if the guitar sounded good, especially rock and metal. Never listened to or cared about the lyrics but my grandmother disapproved because it was the “devil’s” music. 😂😂😂 I’m with Phillip on this one.
Could you imagine visiting robins church with someone and he starts preaching you think directly to you and you look up and he’s staring at you with those eyes 👀
So I was going goose hunting. My uncle was a big hunter. I said unc what the best way to cook a goose. He said get 2 pots of water. Put the goose in one and put a rock in the other one. He said when you can chew that rock. The goose will be perfect. True story I never went one time. I was smart enough to know that a man that I have seen eat anything and everything nasty. And when he said that. I never thought about hunting goose ever again.
“I grabbed ol’ trusty rusty I pumped that thang cheche and when that Magnum 870 swallowed that long brass High Velocity turkey thumping dina whopping MOJ load and she seeded in there and dog collar over there went to go in his signal” has to be one of the most badass funniest things I’ve ever heard! Just a straight good ol’ boy not f***in round!! 😂😂😂
I'm not much of a hunter, but I have done a lot of fishing over the years. Early on I would sneak in and fish a pond where I wasn't supposed to be. But I never felt at ease and it took the fun out of it. My sneaking days were over a long time ago.
Oh lawd, y'alld love to have me and a buddy of mine on this kinda podcast. That's a fact 😂😂😂 I enjoyed this it made me feel better about myself bahahhh
