I am exhausted from all the fear I carry with me. I just would like to feel peace, which I do when I do the meditation with you, so thank you sooo much for that. I still can not get myself out and about, apart from taking my Madge out for her walk in nature, which I love. I still have not been able to make it to the village, which is only a mile away, but am trying to walk a bit further when I feel I can. I always get the pull to get back home, to my safe place. xxx

Samhain Blessings from Northeast Scotland. This evening’s chat was very interesting and has given me a lot to think about. My initial thoughts are that while our physical body dies our soul/spirit and memories continue. I believe that I have memories of some of my past lives and I try to learn from them, so I this way nothing ends. The Meditation was very calming. Thank you Philip. 💚💚✌️✌️🍂🍂🍁
