Edit: how can I copy your plane if you don't have any videos on your channel displaying your plane? Along with no Roblox username so I can't look in creations chat on the Plane Crazy discord server.

You must have done something wrong, I rebuilt this plane not to long ago and it worked well for me.
You could of got the control key binds wrong

Desktop and Mobile Plane Crazy are the same. As long as you follow it step by step it should work.

Use ballast blocks, make it heavier on the side that rises up.
