@@Fenlen Depends on your comp. Two Castoria gives you 100% charge and there's little reason not to drop all of theirs skills first turn on Mel with Black Grail, and with 3 NP gain buffs you charge 60+ on NP, so dragon heart for another NP, or other another arts card or brave chain. If Black Grail wasn't so busted there might be a 60% charge CE that's worth it, but I'd rather just Stack NP DMG, since Castoria doesn't provide that.
Her mana loading append is still better than her other appends, unlocking all 3 appends is only something people do for completionist sake generally on their favorite servants until we get some alternative means of gaining coins. Her anti append is lancer, which isn't too useful for her since lancers will typically die to her NP regardless while extra attack could be nice infrequently.

@@Alfenheimer There's few nodes you'd actually go for 2 Castorias with Melu. Usually you're only going to use her ST NP on 1 wave and then switch to AOE and with append you can NP with just 1 Castoria. Or more likely, not even use castoria at all and go for a mix of Oberon and Koyanskaya.
Just got Vitch in 200 pulls, and still have 1000 sqs for Oberon. Thanks for this vid. I really want Morgan for waifu reasons, but Arecud battery is op. Plus, Arceuid is hot lol.
Me too. But her NP damage at lvl1 is just too low for higher HP enemy nodes. Coz of this she's mostly in backline gaining bond points or only used when ruler fights come
If you don't care about damage then you can buster loop with Caster Cu using only 1 Koyanskaya and any ce you want (like BG), all you need is the Atlas uniform as well as CasCu's s1 and s3 and append 2 at 10 (you don't need to unlock any of his appends or level any of his skills besides s3 to 10 if you use a 30% or higher charge ce on him) and one more servant that can give 20% charge (like Mash)

@@nicholasjohnson7970 Not every servant should be able to loop. If it does not have a decent battery, get Oberon or a better servant, we got plenty of amazing Busters like Tesla and Ishtar. Rates are the same as always and low rates don't change anything.
cu caster is incredibly strong with append. Plus NA already had coins during Morgan rate-up so most people should have him np5+. Just spend some grails on him and his damage will be really good
Theory crafting a jank-ass Wummer loop that uses double Vitch, Crane, and Oberon, all so that I can say Wu can loop without kscope (she will need 60% starting charge though)
As far as I'm concerned, unless you have the EX Luck or Golden Rule A necessary to pull multiples of any given specific limited SSR, Emiya and Cu Alter are the best of the best here. NP3 Emiya with Black Grail outperforms every actual premium buster farmer I have ATM unless I'm going up against Undead or Morgan.
Any servant that refunds 10% in some way can loop with kscope + append or superscope with double Oberon thanks to the double 20% batteries. Their damage usually suffers a lot for this in the first two waves, but wave 3 the damage is solid enough.

Based on this vid, Tametomo can definitely farm with Double KoL/Oberon with any 50% CE as long as he has a max append. The same is true for all Buster AoE Servants with a 30% battery on a 6 turn cooldown.
People think plugsuit supporting is bad or enough to bump a unit down a tier when in most cases, it is realistically needed to ensure the final wave clear with the best possible damage and is usually the final piece to make a doable run. Buster needs plugsuit for Double KoL and Oberon to work, Quick needs Triple Skadi so they can reliably farm, and even Arts units struggle to go 100%-100% and need a plug support or 2004 MC NP Gain to fill it up, in short, Arts is MC reliant just as much as the other units. It's okay to use Plugsuit and it's okay to use Mystic Codes in general. Personally, I don't consider Mystic Codes as a crucial factor to determine how a unit, be it Buster, Quick, or Arts, is put into a tier.
Dude, being plug suit reliant is not being MC reliant, you need to use an Extra servant to fill the slot so it is nowhere near the same. With arts you can even 6-slot loop with Castoria + Looper and an AOE with 50% charge and append using 2004 MC It allows you to use up to 4 servants you like to fill bond(excluding the looper) with buster/quick it may lock you with using 3 servants you don't really care that much to farm 5-slot. There is a giant difference. (I never so someone say using plug is bad because it locks the MC choice)
The problem with plug is that it locks you into using an extra servant to be plugged in, limiting how many of your favorite servant you can bring. No player thinks that being MC reliant is a problem, the problem is what using the MC means. With plug you may need to use 2 servant slots for supports you don't really care about. While arts you can use castoria from sup list and a random aoe servant with 50% charge+append to clear the first wave. And loop using 2004 mc. There is a giant difference in only being locked into the looper you need to 6-slot and needing plug suit to 5-slot farm.
after pulling np5 arcueid bad gacha doesn't affect me like it did before. it almost feels like i beat the gacha by maxing my favorite character, i love tsukihim- sorry, i meant saberfaces

@@thatonecanadianguy6523To be fair, Oberon exists to complete all card type setup. He solves the lacking of NP charge and the lacking of damage for the last wave clear. Like some Arts looper has a low damage output to finish the last wave's boss. Another Arts looper has a regretably low NP refund from their NP to reliably loop (*cough Summer Tomoe). Adding Oberon to those flawed Arts teams will fix most of the problems.
Basically, you clear the first wave with Arts NP and only switch from the 2nd wave onwards. In order for it to work, you need her np to refund up to 26% (the remaining 3% will be recovered by her avenger passive) on the first wave. It is somewhat unreliable because her np refund changes depending on whether you have procced her 80% chance arts buff on the battery or not. At the same time, she will struggle with assassin and berserker nodes due to the low np refund they provide. But if the stars align, then the first wave you clear by using up her own battery + koyan charge, on the second wave you switch to buster np, use Oberon's 20% charge and 2nd koyan's batter bringing you up to 100%, and on the last wave use her battery again and oberon's 50% charge.
If you do go with a specific mc (Atlas) then he doesn't need a second Koyanskaya tho, so for people that might not have her that could be the better option

@@VVS_jeezySince his NP battery is really good, you can also do NP spam with double Oberon. The problem with double Oberon setup is the broken support buff skill (S3) only works for one turn. And you will only use it on the turn 3 as the skill's demerit is no joke. So while your DPS can deal a huge damage on turn 3, your DPS won't deal that much damage in turn 1 and 2. It might not be a problem for standard ember or QP farming. But for the harder event farming stages, the damage output in turn 1 and 2 might not enough to 3 turn farm effectively
Tbh either junao or Morgan Since both are berserkers they can easily clear most classes Though I think u should choose Morgan since she can be more viable in different teams And can be helpful in cqs If you want big boom damage then go for Junao
I personally do Tiamat. She can black grail annihilate casters, assassins, and riders, berserkers, and foreigners and retain against extra classes. If I run into sabers, archers, and lancers. Then I use one of my other arts loopers.
Vitch is going to mess up my Oberon attempts in a few weeks if I got her in 150 SQ and 3 Tickets out of 454 SQ. Discounting everything from Part 1.5 to Part 2, both Main and Free Quests that are left, I'm straining my luck. Don't know who to use the free Anni 5* summon on... Also, glad to see Caster Cu on the Top Tier. Now that we have both of his Rank-Up/Strengthening Quests online, he can do well for anyone who can hopefully NP2+ him (if they can even get copies of him). Edit: Opted on Assassin Li because I really, really don't like Rider Servants considering Casters tend to be common support buffers and Ivan gives me headaches like no tomorrow.
To be fair, a lot of new players roll story, and Cascu is available from the start on that. + there was a cascu banner a month or two back. Considering he’s story locked, I reckon quite a few players have him np2-3. And yeah, my np5 level 80 cascu is definitely going to appreciate the buff when I make the last push towards lb6
@@joshuadrinkwater4391 The best I ever got for him was NP4, then I stopped getting him from any banner he is in, despite that, Caster Cu was always a wonderful AoE Caster for players who lack the (S)SR AoE Buster Servants of the same class. Now his SN version is evading me when I need him the most.
As a bonus for Cas Cu, assuming you've maxed his A2, you get absolute freedom in terms of MC choice. While that isn't super relevant since this is an Oberon video, I just thought it should he mentioned.
its pretty nice on NA because rotation 3 of this coming lotto you only need casu double koyan & can clear 100% using arctic mc on wave 2 for example. more room for bond = good civ

Beyond that I got Mordred as my freebie SSR, Caenis, and a bunch of stuff I already had, getting Lan Ling to NP2, Qin Liangyu to NP3, and Valkyrie to NP4, along with a bunch of shiny new -3stars- Mana Prisms. Yeah, I'm now out of Embers. Why do you ask?
Hopefully you were quick enough to use the Glitched always on Super and Great Successes, Filled out Waver, Koyanskaya, and Caenis the spook with it without any additional Embers needed.

yeah, his kits looks nice on paper but when in practice he is a bit clunky. if only his np damage from his skill last 3 turns he will be busted snowballing looper
Np4 should work fine, he is so flexible that you can just slap a black grail on him and make it work, hell you don't even need a second Koyanskaya to loop with him Though if you do feel your damage dropping off, grailing him should solve that

There are a few servants that can do it without Oberon yes, namely Artoria, Mordred (both need append 2), Morgan, Ibuki and lastly of course Caster Cu, but Caster Cu doesn't even need 2 Koyanskayas to loop so he always gets a free pass
It looks like anyone with a 100% starting charge and a 10% battery works with 2Oberkon+Koyan, so I'd hazard to guess he can. I don't know if he'll be much good at it, but he can.

Kingprotea? Technically yes. But not that effective and pretty expensive I guess. So: Turn 1 -> Activate her S1 first, then use her NP. You will need MLB KScope or regular KScope + the NP charge append skill for instant 100% charge on turn 1. Turn 2 -> Refill her NP gauge to 100% using double Koyanskaya or any other two 50% NP chargers Turn 3 -> Plugsuit in Oberon and charge KP's NP to 70%. Then use KP's Regression skill to convert her 2 stack of growth buffs into NP charges (2x 20% at max level). So KP can get 70% + 2x 20% = 110% NP charger. But remember that without her growth buff, she won't get the extra Buster buff from her NP.
As high as you want, really. The powermods are usually pretty irrelevant but the star bomb and 10%NP on Buster cards is nice for bossfights and story content.
Yes. She has triple damage buffs (ATK, Buster and NP) that have short cooldowns and last for 3 turns. Means that she can double up on those buffs on wave 3. Boost her damage by a lot especially the NP damage up as Oberon will double on that even further.
Also for anyone watching, this video is for DOUBLE KOYAN system. You shouldn’t judge servants just based on this one system, for example Koyan dark and Morgan are also amazing for multi core.
xNaya, there is another Servant that can use 0% CEs with DKOS, albeit very specific ones: OG Artoria. Provided you got her her App Batt maxed out, you can use a CE wit a 'Increase Overcharge by +2' effet in order to get 35% NP off her NP by Wave 2 (Wave 1: Her Battery + App Batt + a Koyan Batt = 100% NP), which will enable you to cleanly use Oberon's and a Koyan's S1 to get her to Wave 3, where upon she'll get 50% Charge between her NP and her Battery getting off CD and Oberon still having 50% Charge left to give her. The best CE for this is Rising Mud Rain (One time +2 OC, +40-50 NP Damage Up), but in a pinch Duke's Flame (OC2, NP Damage 25%) also suffices well enough to be worth the damage trade off of losing MLB Kscope.
I'm surprised that Gilgamesh isn't in this list at all when Emiya is. I'd imagine him being quite high on the tier list due to his damage output even without Black Grail.
This list is for servants released in 2021 to 2023 and for servants that can loop with BG. Gil isn't on these 2 categories so he isn't important enough to be listed here.

But throwing in servants who can use Black Grail just because seems a bit random. BG Emiya isn't going to outperform Gilgamesh for example so why include an exception for him? Nah, who will gonna charge oberon/koyan's NP gauge then (since you said that you can use any CE on the support)? Let say you already max out oberon/koyan's 2nd ap skill (20%), then you added oberon 1st skill (20%), it still need 60% NP charge left. If you use morgan 2nd skill on them (20%), it will left with 40%, and the only option after that is using either koyans or oberon's 50% NP charge. Total of targetable/AoE NP charge on this setup 100% (double koyans) + 70% (oberon) + 20% (morgan) = 190% Koyan/oberon use for 1st wave (if you didnt use NP charge CE) 20% (oberon) + 20% (morgan) + 50% (oberon/koyan) = 90% Targetable NP charge left 190% - 90% = 100% NP charge that morgan need for 2nd and 3rd wave if she use BG 2nd wave 20% (2nd ap skill) + 30% (morgan 1st skill) + 50% (targetable NP charge) = 100% 3rd wave 50% (targetable NP charge) + (?) = 100% Correct me if im wrong but unless you put an NP charge on either oberon or koyans, its theoritically impossible. And you also need to consider the oberon/koyan's NP damage since they only get a damage buff from oberon 1st skill (and morgan 1st skill if you dont need her defense down effect)

Depends on his np level, he can definitely loop if you plug suit in Oberon but at np1 with a level 100 heavenly drive i found his damage a bit underwhelming

People think plugsuit supporting is bad or enough to bump a unit down a tier when in most cases, it is realistically needed to ensure the final wave clear with the best possible damage and is usually the final piece to make a doable run.
Buster needs plugsuit for Double KoL and Oberon to work, Quick needs Triple Skadi so they can reliably farm, and even Arts units struggle to go 100%-100% and need a plug support or 2004 MC NP Gain to fill it up, in short, Arts is MC reliant just as much as the other units.
It's okay to use Plugsuit and it's okay to use Mystic Codes in general. Personally, I don't consider Mystic Codes as a crucial factor to determine how a unit, be it Buster, Quick, or Arts, is put into a tier.
That's a weird hangup to have since, outside of story, you ALWAYS have mystic codes.
Dude, being plug suit reliant is not being MC reliant, you need to use an Extra servant to fill the slot so it is nowhere near the same.
With arts you can even 6-slot loop with Castoria + Looper and an AOE with 50% charge and append using 2004 MC
It allows you to use up to 4 servants you like to fill bond(excluding the looper) with buster/quick it may lock you with using 3 servants you don't really care that much to farm 5-slot.
There is a giant difference.
(I never so someone say using plug is bad because it locks the MC choice)
The problem with plug is that it locks you into using an extra servant to be plugged in, limiting how many of your favorite servant you can bring.
No player thinks that being MC reliant is a problem, the problem is what using the MC means.
With plug you may need to use 2 servant slots for supports you don't really care about.
While arts you can use castoria from sup list and a random aoe servant with 50% charge+append to clear the first wave. And loop using 2004 mc.
There is a giant difference in only being locked into the looper you need to 6-slot and needing plug suit to 5-slot farm.
Part of it is that not having to use plug suit means that you can bond farm with 3 servants insteadof 2 bc of plug

Like some Arts looper has a low damage output to finish the last wave's boss. Another Arts looper has a regretably low NP refund from their NP to reliably loop (*cough Summer Tomoe). Adding Oberon to those flawed Arts teams will fix most of the problems.

Basically, you clear the first wave with Arts NP and only switch from the 2nd wave onwards. In order for it to work, you need her np to refund up to 26% (the remaining 3% will be recovered by her avenger passive) on the first wave. It is somewhat unreliable because her np refund changes depending on whether you have procced her 80% chance arts buff on the battery or not. At the same time, she will struggle with assassin and berserker nodes due to the low np refund they provide.
But if the stars align, then the first wave you clear by using up her own battery + koyan charge, on the second wave you switch to buster np, use Oberon's 20% charge and 2nd koyan's batter bringing you up to 100%, and on the last wave use her battery again and oberon's 50% charge.

@@VVS_jeezySince his NP battery is really good, you can also do NP spam with double Oberon. The problem with double Oberon setup is the broken support buff skill (S3) only works for one turn. And you will only use it on the turn 3 as the skill's demerit is no joke. So while your DPS can deal a huge damage on turn 3, your DPS won't deal that much damage in turn 1 and 2. It might not be a problem for standard ember or QP farming. But for the harder event farming stages, the damage output in turn 1 and 2 might not enough to 3 turn farm effectively
You don't need your own Koyanskaya to buster loop with Caster Cu so you can at least do that lol

I personally do Tiamat. She can black grail annihilate casters, assassins, and riders, berserkers, and foreigners and retain against extra classes. If I run into sabers, archers, and lancers. Then I use one of my other arts loopers.
Vitch is going to mess up my Oberon attempts in a few weeks if I got her in 150 SQ and 3 Tickets out of 454 SQ. Discounting everything from Part 1.5 to Part 2, both Main and Free Quests that are left, I'm straining my luck. Don't know who to use the free Anni 5* summon on...
Also, glad to see Caster Cu on the Top Tier. Now that we have both of his Rank-Up/Strengthening Quests online, he can do well for anyone who can hopefully NP2+ him (if they can even get copies of him).
Edit: Opted on Assassin Li because I really, really don't like Rider Servants considering Casters tend to be common support buffers and Ivan gives me headaches like no tomorrow.
To be fair, a lot of new players roll story, and Cascu is available from the start on that. + there was a cascu banner a month or two back. Considering he’s story locked, I reckon quite a few players have him np2-3. And yeah, my np5 level 80 cascu is definitely going to appreciate the buff when I make the last push towards lb6

Np4 should work fine, he is so flexible that you can just slap a black grail on him and make it work, hell you don't even need a second Koyanskaya to loop with him

There are a few servants that can do it without Oberon yes, namely Artoria, Mordred (both need append 2), Morgan, Ibuki and lastly of course Caster Cu, but Caster Cu doesn't even need 2 Koyanskayas to loop so he always gets a free pass

Kingprotea? Technically yes. But not that effective and pretty expensive I guess. So:
Turn 1 -> Activate her S1 first, then use her NP. You will need MLB KScope or regular KScope + the NP charge append skill for instant 100% charge on turn 1.
Turn 2 -> Refill her NP gauge to 100% using double Koyanskaya or any other two 50% NP chargers
Turn 3 -> Plugsuit in Oberon and charge KP's NP to 70%. Then use KP's Regression skill to convert her 2 stack of growth buffs into NP charges (2x 20% at max level). So KP can get 70% + 2x 20% = 110% NP charger. But remember that without her growth buff, she won't get the extra Buster buff from her NP.

As high as you want, really. The powermods are usually pretty irrelevant but the star bomb and 10%NP on Buster cards is nice for bossfights and story content.

Depends on what you mean by good enough. She can buster loop with double koyan and oberon, but she needs a starting charge CE, at least 50%.
Yes. She has triple damage buffs (ATK, Buster and NP) that have short cooldowns and last for 3 turns. Means that she can double up on those buffs on wave 3. Boost her damage by a lot especially the NP damage up as Oberon will double on that even further.

Also for anyone watching, this video is for DOUBLE KOYAN system. You shouldn’t judge servants just based on this one system, for example Koyan dark and Morgan are also amazing for multi core.
xNaya, there is another Servant that can use 0% CEs with DKOS, albeit very specific ones: OG Artoria. Provided you got her her App Batt maxed out, you can use a CE wit a 'Increase Overcharge by +2' effet in order to get 35% NP off her NP by Wave 2 (Wave 1: Her Battery + App Batt + a Koyan Batt = 100% NP), which will enable you to cleanly use Oberon's and a Koyan's S1 to get her to Wave 3, where upon she'll get 50% Charge between her NP and her Battery getting off CD and Oberon still having 50% Charge left to give her. The best CE for this is Rising Mud Rain (One time +2 OC, +40-50 NP Damage Up), but in a pinch Duke's Flame (OC2, NP Damage 25%) also suffices well enough to be worth the damage trade off of losing MLB Kscope.

She has a 30% battery on a 6-turn cooldown, so yeah. You'll want her Append 2 though so she can use a 50% CE.

I'm surprised that Gilgamesh isn't in this list at all when Emiya is. I'd imagine him being quite high on the tier list due to his damage output even without Black Grail.
This list is for servants released in 2021 to 2023 and for servants that can loop with BG. Gil isn't on these 2 categories so he isn't important enough to be listed here.

Morgan can use BG or any CE (edited: any CE on all supports, too). The only condition is to kill the first wave with Oberon or Koyan.

Correct me if im wrong but unless you put an NP charge on either oberon or koyans, its theoritically impossible. And you also need to consider the oberon/koyan's NP damage since they only get a damage buff from oberon 1st skill (and morgan 1st skill if you dont need her defense down effect)

Depends on his np level, he can definitely loop if you plug suit in Oberon but at np1 with a level 100 heavenly drive i found his damage a bit underwhelming
