Without Maar, Ran is a bad player though. Monza wins games without Ran but lost the first two games in the semis without Maar. Maar is the heart and soul of this team the semis proved that. Even Maar received better than Ran today but no highlights from him.
Agreed. Maar makes the team win. When Ran was injured, the team still won almost all their games without Ran. When the semis came and Maar wasnt present, the team lost the first two games. Ran is only good when paired with a good outside hitter but his percetage is too bad when Maar isnt there. Bottomline is Maar is the best player of this team and no can tell me otherwise.
I do agree. And I just wondered why Ran was always at the highlights. Is it because he got lots of fans? Maybe, but it's too unfair for his teammates who gave their best efforts just to win a match. Highlights should not be based on popularity.
