There should be an age cap for being president. We also need a cognitive test that all presidents and government workers should pass before being allowed any power. The government doesn’t care about merit so the country should at least make sure they are able to perform their jobs cognitively, even if they suck at it.
We would have to make a change to the constitution to enact these changes.
