Bro recently at my local i tried to do a kickless to bar air (one of the tricks i finally want to learn) and im riding towards the quarter i see a little kid on top and in that exact moment im thinking like o boy i hope he doesnt just drop right into me but in the next moment i can remember im laying on the ground and my head hurts super hard i couldnt remember what happened while the crash bcuz i was like gone for 2 mins but what my bros told me were that i tried to roll land like i usually do when i crash (i practiced crashing) but rolling ito a 8ft high vert quarter might not be the best so i did a faceplant i hit my head my knee is totally f*cked up and i couldnt see on my left eye for 5 days now i got back from hospital and the other kids parents paid for the hospital (their ensurance to be exact) now i cant ride for a month and will not land that kickless bar air Sad
The only one I do is sit on the coping. It annoys me so bad every time I realize I’m doing it, because I know not to, but it’s just a bad habit. 😐😅😆 I don’t ride park much, so I was still building confidence dropping in. I have been getting better now, so I hope to break that habit soon.
