Heureuse de retrouver cet album qui a bercé mon enfance...Ils sont venus donner un concert à l'Eglise adventiste de Fautaua dans les années 80 ou 90....
Was introduced to this inspiring tunes by my late Dad who was the biggest fan for any tune connected to Heritage. Praise God for such inspiration through music
Grew up with these tunes and having to listen to them again after over 2 decades brings back fond memories of my childhood. To God be the glory!

grew up listening to this songs with trips to remotest areas with my late Dad with his car full of church hymnals and KJV bibles to distribute to local churches in Minj, Banz and Moruma

@@saciagal4283 Probably Marty Powell, who recorded No Compromise(1988) with the Heritage group and was present on "From Tahiti with love"(1987), I guess it is him!
What happened to Jim Mc Donald? He just disappeared from the Heritage. The same with Monty Jackson. They weren't there for the 45th anniversary concert.
Thats a question for me too brother.
One reason I never got into Heritage anniversary reunions(30th and 45th) is because there are many memorable Heritage Singers there are absent in both of them, such as Chris Willis, Jackie Leiske, Bill Young, Cindy Rael...
The one I really missed was Shawn Struckmeier! I watched the Brazil Tour of HS in 1995 when I was a child! It was the Peacespeaker tour and of course he was one of the singers there! One of the best if not THE BEST era of Heritage ever!
Jim lives in Normandy France Monty is a music minister in Lancaster Pa
Jim Macdonald disappeared from the Heritage after he contributed the group's album called We're Just People maybe due to personal life. Monty Jackson disappeared from the Heritage maybe also from personal life.
I think Jim died recently.

This is in my Top Ten; I can listen to the whole album in one sitting (actually 2 or 3 repeat sessions). My favorite song is "Something Got A Hold Of Me" which is near the end. Janet Lawrence who also sings it is my second favorite version. I just wish The Singing Hills (N.C.E.M.) would sing it. #TheSingingHills #TribalTrails
